<strong>REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: </strong>

&#9;<li>12 or more months of previous medical device assembly experience in a cleanroom environment
&#9;<li>LONGEVITY in your previous positions
&#9;<li>Able to stand, move, bend, and rotate for 9 hours out of 10-hour days. No sitting in this role. They now have lean/sit stools for use at appropriate times
&#9;<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred with 1 - 2 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO Certified assembly experience.
&#9;<li>In lieu of a High School Diploma, must have 2-3 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO Certified experience.

<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>

<strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong>

&#9;<li>Strong UKG administration experience, including system setup, configuration, reporting, workflows, and security management
&#9;<li>Experience supporting HRIS integrations, data feeds, and vendor relationships
&#9;<li>2+ years of payroll processing or payroll support experience
&#9;<li>Experience supporting HR systems within a multi-state organization

The Production & Inventory Control Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating production planning, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting purchasing activities, and ensuring materials are available to meet customer and operational demand.<br> 

<br>This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across departments, managing priorities, and taking ownership of production and inventory activities from planning through completion.<br>

<br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability by reviewing inventory, ship dates, work orders, and sales reports.
&#9;<li>Use production schedules to confirm sales orders for customers and the Sales team.
&#9;<li>Issue, release, track, and close manufacturing work orders in Sage X3, ensuring accurate bills of material, allocations, and processing.
&#9;<li>Monitor raw materials, process, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production flow.
&#9;<li>Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
&#9;<li>Execute purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, price updates, and delivery tracking within the ERP system.
&#9;<li>Coordinate with Sales and vendors to expedite purchase orders as needed.
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate item master data, lead times, and planning parameters.
&#9;<li>Identify shortages, coordinate expediting efforts, and communicate priorities to minimize production disruptions.
</ul>

<br><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>3+ years&nbsp;of experience in production scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing within a manufacturing environment required
&#9;<li>Experience in Sage X3 or StockIQ preferred not required; Experience in any similar software required
&#9;<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
&#9;<li>Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they arise.
&#9;<li>Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong vendor relationships.

<br><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
&#9;<li>Conduct workflow, time, and capacity analyses to improve throughput and resource utilization.
&#9;<li>Create standardized work instructions, visual aids, routings, and other manufacturing documentation.
&#9;<li>Provide hands-on engineering support to production, troubleshooting issues and implementing practical solutions.
&#9;<li>Lead and support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve safety, quality, and productivity.
&#9;<li>Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
&#9;<li>Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
&#9;<li>Partner with Engineering on new product development to ensure manufacturability and successful production launches.
&#9;<li>Develop, test, and validate processes for new products and equipment.
&#9;<li>Create and maintain technical drawings and documentation using SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
&#9;<li>Support equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and optimization.
&#9;<li>Design fixtures, jigs, and other manufacturing aids to improve consistency and efficiency.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational challenges.
&#9;<li>Provide technical guidance and training to production employees as needed.
&#9;<li>Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and revision control requirements.
</ul>

<br><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
&#9;<li>3â7 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
&#9;<li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
&#9;<li>Experience with new product introductions, process development, tooling, fixtures, and process validation.
&#9;<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
&#9;<li>Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
&#9;<li>Strong organizational and project management abilities.
&#9;<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
&#9;<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
&#9;<li>SolidWorks or similar CAD experience preferred.
&#9;<li>ERP experience, particularly SAP, preferred.
&#9;<li>ISO 9001 manufacturing experience and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification are a plus.
&#9;<li>Ability to work throughout a manufacturing facility and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Project Support Specialist to provide temporary coverage during a planned employee leave through December 2026. This full-time role will support business operations, client project coordination, SOC 2 remediation, accounting, marketing, human resources, and office administration to ensure continuity across multiple workstreams.<br>

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively. This person will also help drive projects from start to completion, provide project management support, and help keep project managers on track by monitoring deadlines, deliverables, action items, and outstanding work.<br>

<strong>JOB DETAILS</strong>

<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Translate signed SOWs into project plans in Jira, tracking milestones, owners, deliverables, timelines, and project status.
&#9;<li>Help drive client projects from start to completion by tracking tasks, deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up items.
&#9;<li>Support and keep project managers on track by monitoring project progress, identifying outstanding or at-risk items, and providing timely status updates.
&#9;<li>Coordinate client project kickoffs, meetings, documentation, action items, and handoffs across SharePoint, Confluence, ShareFile, and other shared resources.
&#9;<li>Coordinate SOC 2 remediation activities, including timelines, control owners, evidence collection, documentation, and follow-up through completion.
&#9;<li>Coordinate recurring business operations meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and maintain shared calendars and team lists.
&#9;<li>Support marketing projects by managing timelines, Jira work items, content briefs, internal stakeholders, external partners, and recurring marketing meetings.
&#9;<li>Support accounting functions, including AP/AR workflows, invoice routing, expense reports, check requests, wire transfer requests, and accounting inbox management.
&#9;<li>Coordinate HR onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace readiness, access requests, equipment retrieval, and administrative documentation.
&#9;<li>Plan and coordinate internal meetings, onsite sessions, team events, catering, materials, building management, and employee/leadership gifts.
&#9;<li>Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail, deliveries, visitors, vendors, facilities requests, and onsite administrative needs.
&#9;<li>Provide cross-functional administrative and project support, monitor deadlines, communicate status updates, and proactively follow up to keep priorities on track.

<strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>3â5+ years of experience in operations, office management, project coordination, accounting support, or a related field. 
&#9;<li>Strong organization and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. 
&#9;<li>Ability to build project plans from SOWs and drive projects from start to completion. Experience keeping project managers, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on track. 
&#9;<li>Experience with Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Slack, or similar tools. Proficiency with Outlook and Excel. 
&#9;<li>Strong communication skills. Familiarity with AP/AR and basic reconciliation. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

&#9;<li>Mentor junior and contract paralegals on drafting standards and firm processes&nbsp;
