The position blends technical troubleshooting, application development support, cloud administration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br><br><b>JOB DETAILS:</b><br>&bull; Pay ranges from $60, 000 to $90, 000 DOE<br>&bull; Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN - hybrid/onsite schedule<br>&bull; Direct hire opportunity<br>&bull; Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm<br>&bull; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, PTO, retirement plan, and other standard professional benefits offered through THE RIGHT STAFF's client<br><br><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br>&bull; Provide tiered support for internal users, assisting with application functionality, system questions, and troubleshooting.<br>&bull; Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and basic automation to streamline workflow processes across the organization.<br>&bull; Support application enhancements by participating in testing, documentation, and coordination with development resources.<br>&bull; Assist with cloud environment tasks, including license management and resource optimization within Azure or similar platforms.<br>&bull; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and contribute to solution development.<br>&bull; Maintain documentation related to applications, processes, and routine tasks.<br>&bull; Support security best practices by assisting with audits, compliance requirements, and monitoring activities.<br>&bull; Participate in process improvement efforts, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency and system reliability.<br>&bull; Contribute to team discussions, project meetings, and knowledge sharing.<br><br><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</b><br>&bull; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.<br>&bull; Previous experience in application engineering, technical support, or software-related troubleshooting.<br>&bull; Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (such as PowerShell, VBScript, or batch scripting) as well as proficiency in Database management and SQL. <br>&bull; Experience with application development concepts, system integrations, or workflow tools.<br>&bull; Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure preferred).<br>&bull; Strong communication, analytical thinking, organization, and customer service skills.<br>&bull; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changes, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.<br><br><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><br>&bull; Experience with Omnissa and Broadcom<br>&bull; Experience with cloud platforms (e.G., Azure).<br>&bull; Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.<br>&bull; Familiarity with Document Management methodologies (e.G., iManage Suite)<br>&bull; Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.<br>&bull; Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.<br><br><b>APPLY NOW! </b><br>Please upload your resume to this job posting along with your contact information and a brief cover letter.
