THE RIGHT STAFF is actively recruiting for several mid-to-high-level medical assemblers to work at our client located in the Brooklyn Park area. This role is a standing role.<br>

<strong>&nbsp;REQUIRED SKILL & QUALIFICATIONS: </strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>A minimum of 1 - 2 years of previous medical device assembly experience in a clean room environment
&#9;<li>LONGEVITY in your previous positions
&#9;<li>Able to stand, move, bend, and rotate for 9 hours out of 10 hour days. No sitting in this role. They now have lean/sit stools for use at appropriate times
&#9;<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred with 1 - 2 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO Certified assembly experience. 
&#9;<li>In lieu of a High School Diploma, must have 2-3 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO Certified experience.

&#9;<li>Lean/sit stools available as workstation(s) allow
&#9;<li>Able to flex between workstations

&#9;<li>Draft, review, and revise commercial loan documents to ensure legal compliance and meet client requirements.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Review real estate, title, organizational, and transaction due diligence related to affordable housing developments.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Manage multiple loan transactions simultaneously from initial documentation through closing.&nbsp;

<br><strong>THE RIGHT STAFF</strong> is assisting our Downtown Minneapolis client with finding their next motivated, detail-oriented <strong>Renewable Energy Financing Associate Attorney </strong>to join its nationally recognized renewable energy financing practice. This collaborative team represents investors, lenders, and tax credit buyers who help finance solar, battery storage, and other clean energy projects across the United States. Attorneys receive hands-on mentorship, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to work on approximately 150â200 renewable energy financing transactions each year.&nbsp;<br> 

<br><strong>Essential Job Duties:&nbsp;</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Draft, review, and revise financing and transaction documents while ensuring legal compliance and client requirements are met.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Provide legal guidance and strategic counsel to clients regarding renewable energy financing transactions and project-related legal matters.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Review and analyze real estate, organizational, and project due diligence to identify legal risks and support successful project financing.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Negotiate transaction documents with opposing counsel, clients, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders while protecting client interests.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.&nbsp;

<strong>Minimum Requirements</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>1â3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred 
&#9;<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred (relevant experience may be substituted) 
&#9;<li>Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems and basic logistics procedures preferred 
&#9;<li>Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred (certification a plus) 
&#9;<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and verify orders 
&#9;<li>Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment 
&#9;<li>Technical proficiency with computers, shipping systems, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, databases); MS DynamicsâSolomon experience a plus 
&#9;<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and learn quickly 
&#9;<li>Dependable, reliable, and consistent attendance is required as an essential function of the role 
&#9;<li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English 
&#9;<li>Ability to work independently while also supporting team-based warehouse operations 
</ul>
