Process Improvement ideas are welcome.<br>&bull; Collect, verify, and maintain confidential employee and pay-period data.<br>&bull; Support benefits administration and resolve timekeeping issues.<br>&bull; Update payroll information for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.<br>&bull; Maintain employee records, tax documents, and payroll transactions.<br>&bull; Respond to payroll-related questions and ensure compliance with policies <br>and regulations.<br>&bull; Generate reports, maintain data integrity, and assist with standardized reporting.<br>&bull; Collaborate with the Payroll Supervisor on projects and perform additional duties as assigned.<br>&bull; Work independently and as part of a team.<br>&bull; Perform backup supervisory job duties in collaboration with Payroll Supervisor.<br><br><b> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: </b><br>&bull; High school diploma or equivalent required.<br>&bull; 5+ years of high-volume multi-state hourly payroll processing experience required, using payroll software other than QuickBooks (i.E., Workday, ADP, UKG, Dayforce, Paycom, etc.)<br>&bull; Experience with ADP Workforce Now and UKG (HIGHLY preferred).<br>&bull; Strong knowledge of payroll principles and procedures required.<br>&bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<br>&bull; Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.<br>&bull; Willingness to work overtime as needed.<br><br><b> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: </b><br>&bull; Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.<br>&bull; Bilingual in Spanish.<br>&bull; Experience with payroll system upgrades or integrations.<br><br><b> PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </b><br>&bull; Regular computer use, extended periods of sitting, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, and schedule flexibility during payroll cycles.<br><br><b>APPLY NOW! </b><br>Send your resume to edn8@therightstaff.com <br><br>This position will require a Background Check. <br><br>THE RIGHT STAFF wants to help you succeed!
