Warehouse Manager – Distribution Operations – Vaughan, ON – Up to CAD $128,000 + Bonus

THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a leading organization to identify a Warehouse Manager to oversee distribution operations at their Vaughan, Ontario facility.
This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who is comfortable working independently, leading from the warehouse floor, and ensuring safety, compliance, productivity, and customer service standards are consistently met.
JOB DETAILS:
Compensation: $82,000 to $128,000 CAD annually, based on experience
Bonus: 10% annual bonus
Location: Vaughan, Ontario – 100% onsite
Schedule: Approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
Travel: Approximately 10%, primarily 1–2 trips annually to the U.S.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, material handling, and shipping operations
Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse employees while holding the team accountable
Directly manage Supervisors and Team Leads and oversee warehouse associates
Maintain a hands-on presence on the warehouse floor
Ensure SOPs, policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements are consistently followed
Monitor productivity, accuracy, inventory, safety, labor costs, and on-time delivery
Manage scheduling, temporary labor, overtime, and staffing requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Partner with HR on performance management and employee relations
Analyze operational metrics and provide recommendations to leadership
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of warehouse/distribution operations experience
5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
High school diploma or GED required
Wholesale, distribution, or similar warehouse experience required
Strong understanding of receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations
Proven ability to lead teams and enforce policies, procedures, and SOPs
Strong compliance and accountability mindset
Experience managing temporary labor, scheduling, overtime, and labor costs required
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with WMS/ERP systems; NetSuite/Oracle experience is a plus
Forklift experience HIGHLY preferred
Must be eligible to obtain a passport and travel to the U.S. as needed
