THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Vendor Relations Specialist for one of our clients in the Southeast Metro. In this role, The Vendor Relations Specialist is a liaison between the internal client and research providers, following internal operational standards while supporting research requests, providing backup to supporting departments, and participating in special projects when assigned. This role is remote to Minnesota residents only.
QUALIFICATIONS • HS diploma or GED • Must be able to develop and cultivate relationships with vendors. • Must be able to independently prioritize day-to-day activities and unexpected distractions. • Must be able to quickly resolve problems with client requests and follow through with vendor shortcomings. • Must possess courteous and professional phone and written communication skills. • Must be able to work independently and multi-task. • Must be able to type 35+ WPM • Experience using Microsoft Office & PC's. • Good problem-solving skills
