• Full-Time hours Monday through Friday

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of assigned positions.
• Partner with Managers to understand open positions and initiate job posting/sourcing.
• Review resumes and conduct phone interviews to further understand candidate s skills while sharing more information on what makes our client a great place to work.
• Maintain candidate information in iCIMS Applicant Tracking System, communicating with Managers and candidates along the way.
• Schedule/coordinate onsite interviews with all involved parties.
• Extend/confirm job offers and coordinate the onboarding new hires.
• Partner with current Talent Acquisition Specialist to discuss recruiting strategies and best practices.

Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• 3-4+ years of Recruiting experience.
• Previous experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or Information Technology is preferred.
• Solid phone and in-person interviewing skills.
• Previous experience sourcing candidates through variety of job boards. Ability to use network to help support sourcing/hiring efforts.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel and MS Outlook for calendaring.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of employees in an organization.
• Experience working within a corporate HR department is preferred.
• Related bachelors degree or equivalent blend of education and experience.
