Are you experienced in supporting Commercial Real Estate Closings? Are you open to a short -term contract role starting ASAP?
THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Closing Assistant for a Commercial Real Estate Company in downtown Minneapolis. This would be a 6-8-week contract role, with potential for extension supporting volume operational needs. Work on a team that is directly under the company President managing more complex commercial transaction. Provide daily closing assistance to internal Closers, Attorneys, and Clients.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Commercial Closing Experience, family with legal, title, and escrows requirements regarding transactions, and be comfortable supporting multi-party dealings.
Job Responsibilities: • Support legal, title, and escrow requirements for a variety of commercial transactions. • Prepare documents to facilitate closings • Review returned documents for accuracy, and assist in recording documents • electronically, personally or through outside services • Maintain Customer records • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED Required! • Must have prior experience with Commercial Real Estate Closings - 2+ years preferred • Must have a high attention to detail, proven document review and management skills. • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Details: • $40-$45/hour • Downtown Minneapolis - Nicollet Mall Area • Fully Onsite for Contract Period (6-8 weeks); If converted company has Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite/week) • Flexible Start Time - First Shift - 8-hour day -w/ 30 min lunch. • 6-8-week contract with potential for extension • THE RIGHT STAFF offers Health Insurance, Earned Sick and Safe Time, Holiday Pay and Referral Bonuses!
