Senior Associate Attorney - Commercial Lending! Direct Hire! On-Site in Minneapolis, MN
Do you have 3 - 7 years of experience with real estate financing and/or UCC secured transactions? Are you a licensed Attorney in MN?
THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting our Downtown Minneapolis Client with finding their next motivated, collaborative Senior Attorney/Counsel with at least 3 - 7 years of commercial lending experience to join its fast paced, collaborative lending team. Ideal candidates have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate financing and/or UCC secured transactions.
Essential Job Duties:
• Draft, review, and revise commercial lending documents to ensure accuracy
and compliance.
• Provide legal opinions and strategic guidance based on current laws
and regulations.
• Negotiate loan terms and respond to comments from opposing counsel.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3 -7 years of experience representing financial institutions or secured lenders in commercial lending, including real estate and asset based transactions.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word; strong computer skills.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with iManage document management software.

• Competitive base compensation ranging from $210, 000 - $330, 000+ annually, commensurate with experience and level being hired (Shareholder, Counsel, Sr. Associate, or Associate)
