THE RIGHT STAFF is hiring a Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support our internal business development, recruiting, marketing, and operations teams. In this role, you'll play an integral part in supporting daily office operations, coordinating marketing initiatives, managing our CRM and sales automation platforms, assisting with client and candidate communications, and helping our team deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Details
Employment: Contract-to-Hire opportunity; may consider direct hire candidates depending on experience level
Pay: $20-$25+/hour (based on experience) + commission/bonus opportunity once hired on
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week considered)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: St. Louis Park, MN (100% Onsite)

What You'll Do
Administrative & Office Operations - 10-15%
Serve as the primary front desk and office point of contact
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries and providing outstanding customer service
Support new hire onboarding activities and administrative processes
Sales & Business Support - 30-40%
Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks and client communications
Take ownership of our CRM and sales engagement platforms (Bullhorn and Apollo), ensuring accurate data management and ongoing system maintenance. Build Automation workflows to help data stay maintained.
Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, outreach sequences, and sales automation workflows within Bullhorn and Apollo
Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted outreach strategies for prospective clients and candidates
Draft and edit professional sales and marketing email content with guidance and collaboration from the team while maintaining our brand voice
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and response rates
Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-up communications
Provide operational support that improves team efficiency and enhances the client and candidate experience
Marketing & Content Coordination -10-15%
Create engaging email, social media, and marketing content to support recruiting, business development, and employer branding initiatives
Write and edit marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials with collaboration from leadership
Own the setup, scheduling, and execution of email campaigns and automated outreach sequences within Apollo and Bullhorn
Support social media scheduling, employer branding, and digital marketing efforts
Coordinate and edit basic video content for company updates, candidate spotlights, podcasts, and recruiting campaigns
Brainstorm creative ideas for content that promotes THE RIGHT STAFF's services and attracts both clients and top talent
Track marketing initiatives and assist with campaign planning, execution, and reporting
Recruiting & Candidate Support -20-30%
Conduct initial candidate phone screens and reference checks
Assist recruiters with job postings and applicant tracking system updates
Format resumes and prepare candidate submissions
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Process I-9 documentation and E-Verify
Support high-volume recruiting initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
1+ year of administrative, customer service, sales support, marketing, recruiting, or office experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, email marketing, or marketing automation tools (Apollo, Bullhorn, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is highly preferred
Experience with social media platforms, Canva, basic video editing, or content creation is a plus
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, take ownership of projects, and support multiple areas of the business
