Regional Safety Manager - Direct-Hire - 100% Onsite with 50% Travel

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple U.S. Warehouse locations! The focus of the position is to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and foster a proactive, safety-first culture across the business segment.

Ideal candidates must be located in either Boise, ID; Midway, GA; or Midlothian, TX, will have 5+ years of multisite safety leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments, and demonstrated knowledge of OSHA VPP and ISO standards.

Essential Job Duties:
• Serve as the primary safety leader for multiple U.S. Sites and promote an integrated safety culture.
• Act as the main point of contact for OSHA, EPA, and DOT inspections and regulatory communications.
• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct daily safety observations, facility walk-throughs, audits, and gap analyses.
• Manage injury reporting, Workers' Compensation claims, and Return-to-Work programs.
• Oversee environmental management activities, including hazardous waste and RCRA compliance.
• Chair Safety Committees and deliver required safety training and new hire orientation.
• Create and manage JSAs, JHAs, Job Instructions, and safety documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, safety files, and ISO compliance documentation.
• Manage PPE, safety equipment, emergency drills, and readiness evaluations.
• Partner with site leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial • Engineering, or related field, OR experience managing multiple sites required.
• Minimum 5+ years of multi-site safety experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA VPP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, DOT, EPA, and OSHA compliance required.
• AED/CPR Certification required (Instructor preferred).Experience managing • Return-to-Work and Workers' Compensation programs.
• Prior leadership experience required with ability to influence and train at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
• Position is 100% onsite with regular travel to U.S. Distribution and office facilities.
• Must be located in Boise, ID; Midway, GA; or Midlothian, TX.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday - primarily 1st shift hours.
• Salaried position $100k to $120k annually, depending on experience.
