Regional HR Manager - Onsite + Travel - Direct Hire Opportunity! -

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor in their search for a Regional HR Manager (multisite) to join their growing HR team! We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR professional to partner with our client's operations site leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple distribution sites.

Candidates must be located in either Greenville, PA or Salisbury, NC.
Essential Job Duties:
• Strategic HR Business Partner: Collaborate with business unit leaders to anticipate and meet each site's HR needs.
• Employee Relations: Guide leaders, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Co-lead recruiting and employee retention efforts, supporting the full employee life cycle from interviewing to retirement.
• Performance Management: Coach leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
• HR Initiatives & Change Management: Promote and ensure consistent application of HR programs and policies.
Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution center.
• Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of HR best practices.
• Travel: must have willingness to travel up to 40% to support sites in PA, NC, MN, IA, and Ontario, CA. Passport required for international travel.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:
• Position stationed onsite at facility in Greenville, PA or Salisbury, NC.
• Onsite work model - 5 days onsite and/or travel to external sites are required each week.
• Flexible core business hours from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
• Pay starts at $120, 000/year + 10% annual bonus (depends on experience).
