Job Description

Do you have Oracle or comparable ERP experience? Do you have intermediate Excel knowledge? Do you have experience providing accurate and timely processing and validation of distributor sales tracings and rebate claims? Do you have at least 2 years of accurate Data Entry? We are assisting our Plymouth Client with their Rebates and Tracing Coordinator opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides accurate and timely processing and validation of distributor sales tracings and rebate claims
• Review tracing reports for accuracy and consistency with purchasing patterns
• Proactively identify potential problems before processing data
• Analyze any discrepancies on the Rebates and Tracing dashboard at month-end
• Coordinate with the Contracts department to ensure that contracts have been properly set up and distributors have been notified of any additions, changes or deletions to contracts
• Verify Purchase Organization memberships and align end users with memberships and/or other customer groups in ERP system (Oracle)
• Maintain customer database for indirect end users; add new accounts or new ship-to/sold-to sites
• Map distributor data to internal data via translator tools in ERP system (Oracle)
• Support A/R team by reviewing rebate credit memos and amount deducted by distributor for matching off the A/R aging and follow up with Distributors as needed
• Validate rebate submissions and prepare electronic or paper discrepancy reports in an acceptable format for the distributor
• Compare tracing and rebates files for a given distributor to ensure transactions are not duplicated
• Format Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for more efficient entry of data or to support Electronic Data Interface (EDI) process
• Utilize Macros or other automation tools for larger distributor files
• Process distributor tracings and rebate claims via EDI, Excel, or manual data entry
• Key Internal and External Relationships: Contracts and Membership departments,
External Distributors, Sales Compensation, Sales Accounts Receivable, IT

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Secondary Education (High School) required
• Two to three years data entry experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Oracle or comparable ERP preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly Excel)
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Good time management skills and ability to determine how much research effort to put into a specific task (perspective)
• Education requirements can be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience
• Ability to make smaller low-impact decisions without supervision
• Ability to determine what other stakeholders need to be involved in resolving higher-impact issues
• Works with supervision available for escalated issues
• Planning and Decision Making: Maintain professional interactions with all stakeholders
• Abilities: Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong critical reasoning skills required
• Ability to work within and meet month end deadlines
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality
• Ability to manage a large volume of line level detail

HOURS, PAY and BENEFITS:
• Long Term Contract (1 Year)
• On-Site
• Plymouth, MN
• Full-time
• 1st Shift
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
• Pay: $17.50 - $22.60
