THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering w/ a well-established medical device manufacturer in their search for a Quality Data Analyst to join their Quality Department. Ideal candidates will have at least 4+ years of experience supporting Quality and R & D functions within a small parts manufacturing environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE QUALITY DATA ANALYST:
Provide data retrieval and consolidation from relevant sources to drive insights and analysis into reasons for NA customer product quality complaints and returns. Contribute to improvements in product quality and related processes and reduction in cost of poor quality through direct involvement and hands on investigations of product HW, SW and system complaints.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES:
• Monitoring and reporting on NA product quality data and trends and identification of top issues
• Creation and communication of knowledge articles
• Performance measurement and quality reporting
• Preparation of NA product quality reports and quarterly management review slides
• Retrieval, analysis and reporting of data from all relevant data sources.
• Complaint trending tool maintenance (Power BI)
• Support reduction in regional complaints, service, and credit returns
• Facilitate NA trending and Hypercare meetings.
• Represent NA product quality in meetings with customers and notified bodies as needed.
• Working across functions including Global Product Quality, Sales North America, Operations North America, customer-facing teams, RDC and Global Operations
• Lead investigations of product quality issues including HW, SW and system level, verifying defects together with the team
• Complaint and trending case management and resolution
• Contribute to product quality and related process improvements.
• Process/tools development and implementation.
• Improvements to closed quality feedback loop process.
• Compliance to QMS, regulations and standards.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Experience in developing and improving customer feedback loop.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
• Understanding of operations and R&D processes in electronics and / or medical device industry.
• Excellent English written and oral skills.
• Analytical and pragmatic individual with a strong ability to identify and drive quality improvements through data driven approaches.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Highly organized and results driven.
• Proactive and goes beyond expectations.
• Customer focused; passionate & purpose driven.
• Has a "can do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Team player, curious and eager to learn, eye for detail, self-discipline, a natural talent to make things happen.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience within Quality, R&D or Operations functions
• Experience in identifying and solving problems in software and electronics product systems.
• Proven track record of improving processes using a systematic and structured approach, preferably Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Experience working in ISO 13485 regulated industry.
• Travel is required 10 to 20 days per year to client sites in the US
• Working environment is within an office or manufacturing

SPECIFIC SCHEDULE, PAY, AND BENEFITS:
• Located in Bloomington, MN - Hybrid role (~75% remote)
• Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Pay starts at $100k/year depending on experience
