We are assisting our Arden Hills, MN Client with their Purchase Order Auditing opportunity!
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Audit purchase orders • Internal communication with updates to the team • Access company's CRM (called CSI) to review vendor information and audit as needed • General administrative tasks • Once trained comfortable managing the "to do" list without needing a lot of direction
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma • Minimum of 1 Year Purchasing experience • Basic computer entry skills • Positive interaction/communication skills • Reliability/Dependability/Good attendance • Attention to detail/accuracy • Good time management/Goal-Oriented
JOB DETAILS: • Contract (2 Months Starting Approximately May 20th - July 19th) • On-Site • Arden Hills, MN • Part-Time (18-24 hrs/week) • 1st Shift, 3 days/week, 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. (18 hrs.) and then ramp up to 3 days/week, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. (24 hrs.). Days of the week TBD! • Pay: $22.00/hr. Or DOE • THE RIGHT STAFF offers healthcare, vacation, and referral bonuses
