Labor Partner Development Coordinator - Direct-Hire/Full-time - Onsite in Plymouth, MN

We are partnering with a national provider of facility and energy efficiency solutions in their search for a Labor Partner Development Coordinator. This role supports a high-performing operations team that manages a network of third-party labor partners across the country. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and a strong communicator, with a passion for vendor relationships, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Essential Job Duties:
• Manage the full lifecycle of labor partner relationships, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking, and ongoing communication to ensure accurate documentation and smooth processes.
• Track and maintain performance metrics, coordinate scorecarding, and hold labor partners accountable to support program decisions, incentive structures, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct research to identify potential labor partners based on geography, business needs, and market conditions, and assist in sourcing specialized capabilities as required.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party installations and related activities, ensuring timely execution, quality, and effective issue resolution through collaboration with internal teams.
• Support preparation for quarterly and annual performance reviews with labor partners, including business updates and labor forecasting.
• Develop and manage outbound communications, partner-facing materials, and event coordination, such as the annual Labor Partner Summit.
• Provide extensive administrative and customer service support to maintain strong partner relationships and streamline vendor support processes.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer service or client-facing coordination with strong communication and professionalism
• Skilled at phone communication and building lasting external partner relationships
• Able to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work well under pressure
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Smartsheet and Oracle preferred; tech-savvy
• Experience in lighting, electrical, or energy services, and knowledge of LED technologies preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:
• Direct-hire opportunity with full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, etc.)
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)
• Competitive pay starting at $53, 000/year, based on experience + annual bonus
• Hybrid schedule available after training (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
