THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor seeking a driven and results-oriented Product Manager to own and grow their snowmobile product category. In this high-impact role, you'll shape product strategies, drive sales performance, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results.
Essential Job Duties:
• Own the Product Line: Analyze performance, manage the category roadmap, and identify new product opportunities.
• Drive Growth: Forecast demand, optimize inventory, and improve product profitability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with supply chain, marketing, and sales to ensure product launches and campaigns hit the mark.
• Lead Vendor Relationships: Negotiate pricing, secure inventory, and build strong supplier partnerships.
• Manage the P&L: Ensure the category meets financial goals and aligns with business strategy.
• Keep It Fresh: Oversee product content and catalog accuracy, ensuring fitment and data are spot on.
Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of product management experience (required)
• ERP/inventory system knowledge and solid Excel skills required
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
• Powersports industry experience is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required with strong experience)
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:
• Position stationed 100% onsite in Boise, ID
• Flexible core business hours (Monday to Friday) from 8 am to 5 pm MST
• Pay starts at $75, 000/year and depends on experience level
• Direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits package included
