REMOTE! 1 YEAR CONTRACT! MEDICAL DEVICE! PROJECT MANAGEMENT!

Do you have a University/College Degree (BA preferred)? Do you have experience in the Medical Device Industry? Do you have a minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience (required)? A PMI Certification would be a plus! We are assisting our Plymouth Client with their Remediation Project Manager, Account Coordination opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 4 years Project Management experience required
• University/College degree (BA) preferred
• PMI Certification is a plus
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
• Position requires a significant amount of phone and email correspondence, strong verbal and written communication skills required:
• Experience in medical device industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required
Abilities:
• Self-starter
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Negotiation and collaboration skills
Impact and Scope:
• Errors would result in additional time and cost to the company, as well as potential loss of customer accounts
Key Internal and External Relationships:
• All colleagues within Company including senior management
• Contracted Field service engineers, Project Managers, and Data Entry Clerks
• Customer representatives in Hospital Management including but not limited to Material
Management, Biomedical Engineering, and Clinical planning and decision Making
Planning and Decision Making:
• Assist Senior Managers in their decisions by data preparation and analysis
• Develop proposals with solid rationale
• Supervision is available for escalated issues

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project Management skills: as primary liaison between Company and Customer Accounts, the manager will act as the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling
• Support creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate coordinated scheduling
• Create, communicate, and manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts
• Manage Resource allocations for account scheduling
• Co-manage assigned Resources (provide work location, schedule, instructions, etc.)
• Provide ongoing management of timelines and resource logistics (Change Management)
• Where appropriate, coordinate return of affected devices to a Company location
• Provide a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets
• Document account statuses, provide Quality record Program support:
• Implement various business process improvement and automation initiatives
• Facilitate 3rd Party resource training
• Follow-up on KPIs associated with Resource performance to correct underperforming indicators
• Review/audit documentation, and support reconciliation of project records
• Assure compliance of project to applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices, and company documented procedures
• Communication skills: strong customer centric communication skills required to support project completion with minimal Customer impact
• Computer skills: proficient use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word expected
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Work environment may be an office or home setting

HOURS, PAY and BENEFITS:
• Long Term Contract - 1 Year
• Remote
• Plymouth
• Full-time
• 1st Shift
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00am - 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
• Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
