Utilize your excellent customer service skills, sales ability, and healthcare knowledge as a Program Enrollment Specialist with a Top -rated Minnesota Company. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to support outbound calls to program clients to inform them about additional insurance-based programs available to their members.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a call center/customer service setting, and have prior CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook experience. They must be comfortable utilizing multiple screens and navigating several systems at once while on the phone.

• Full-time: 8:30 A.M. -5 P.M. M-F
• Pay $15-$17 per hour
• Woodbury, MN
• Long-term Contract - Approx. 1 year

Responsibilities of a Program Enrollment Specialist
• Focus on Direct Leads provided to you, place outbound calls to connect with decision-makers to make weekly goals.
• Contact, acquire, and enroll clients for new available programs.
• Recruit and onboard clients provided to us by internal leads.
• Reach out to clients via phone and email to promote and enroll them in the program.
• Once they agree; save paperwork and update reporting applications; send contact request to business client; Notify club once complete; Ensure contracts completed correctly; Send confirmations; and verify launch dates for programs.
• Adjust work priorities to meet goals.
• Grow and uphold relations with client decision-makers, and associates, while training them in use of new portal software.
• Learn all aspects of primary program and website portal, and others as needed.

Qualifications of Program Enrollment Specialist
• 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior CRM experience required; cold calling is preferred
• Technology background is preferred
• Demonstrated record or exceeding assigned tasks/targets
• Meet or exceed lead/conversion goals
• Skilled at executing a disciplined and repeatable sales process
• Adept at developing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations is a plus
• Must be highly communicative, motivated tenacious, and a self-starter.
