Are you an experienced office administrator? Are you familiar with printers, networks, and print meter collection software? THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking a Printer Services Administrator for a Contract to Hire opening with a Printing company in Bloomington, MN.

• Pay: $34K-$38K per hour
• 1st shift; Monday Friday

Responsibilities of the Printer Services Administrator:
• Process Print sales orders including, auditing documentation for equipment needs, data entry of new orders, invoicing of new orders, researching products, and other inquiries
• Work with billing teams to provide updated meter readings for accurate billing, including a review of meter exports, new devices added, and stale machine reports
• Assist with problem resolutions with customers on data sharing with meter collection software tools
• Interact with Sales members on contract implementations
• Setup, maintain, and bill print services contracts in eAutomate software
• Provide back-up Front Desk support as needed

Requirements of the Printer Services Administrator:
• College degree or previous experience is preferred; High School Degree or GED required
• Minimum of one -year of industry experience in similar field or job duties required
• Knowledge of meter collection software programs such as PrintFleet/FM Audit is preferred
• Knowledge of network environments is preferred
• Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Must be able to successful work in a team and have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work in fast paced, multitasking, and deadline driven environment
• Must have a high attention to detail, and be able to effectively deal with highly complex, confidential, and sensitive information
