Responsibilities of the Paralegal:
• Support attorneys with contract matters, mergers, acquisitions, tax, and securities within corporate law and governance.
• File business records and maintain up to date documents and information.
• Draft board resolutions and various other corporate documents, including bylaws, organizational actions, operating agreements, minutes and assignments.
• Communicate with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform legal research and compile data to analyze and summarize.

Requirements for the Paralegal:
• Bachelor s degree and/or paralegal certification required.
• At least 3 years of paralegal experience.
• Concise grammatical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to interact diplomatically with corporate senior executives and staff.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
