THE RIGHT STAFF, LLC is conducting an executive search for an experienced B2B business development professional. You will be selling to existing and new corporate accounts in an established Twin Cities territory. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of experience in outside sales, selling a conceptual and consultative service.
You have been successful calling on and closing mid-to-senior level management clients. You are known as a sales hunter with entrepreneurial DNA. You expect to be rewarded for your success and highly regarded by your peers and clients for your professionalism and results.
• You will work 100% onsite and in the field. You are part of a thriving and supportive company culture.
• Your compensation consists of base salary and lucrative bonus structure, allowing you to earn a six figure income with no ceiling on your earnings potential. All your business expenses are reimbursed.
• Your hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday. No overnight travel because you own a local territory.

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of three to five years successful professional sales experience in B2B sales
• Highly skilled communicator, both written and oral, proficient at selling to all levels of management.
• Possess a high degree of self-management, multi-tasking skills and a winner's attitude.
• Proficient in basic software packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
