DIRECT HIRE! FULL-TIME! DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (EQUESTRIAN FACILITY!
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our client's beautiful, private, equestrian facility west of Minneapolis, MN. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader with exceptional management skills, a keen eye for detail, experience with dressage, and a commitment to maintaining and improving their high-end property. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, capable of handling both day-to-day operations and unforeseen emergencies with professionalism and efficiency, and possess the ability to learn quickly, listen well, and ensure the highest standards of excellence. THE PERSON IN THIS ROLE WILL HAVE DAILY INTERACTION WITH THE OWNERS OF THE FACILITY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be willing to learn, implement, adhere to and maintain consistency with the proven processes already in place! Should you have process improvement ideas, please hold onto them and feel free to share with the appropriate point person(s), down the line, so they can be reviewed for consideration.
Maintain a safe haven for the family's horses:
• Show consideration for the physical and mental well-being of the horses at all times
• Interest and willingness to be involved with the horses' training and veterinary care
• Ability to notice and confidently deal with emergency equine medical issues (e.G., Colic, Lameness)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience managing high-end properties and dressage horses. Equestrian facility management is required
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to think critically and proactively address challenges
• Strong project management skills, including vendor management and obtaining bids/estimates
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

HOURS:
• Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. WITH Emergency On-Call Responsibilities
COMPENSATION:
• Excellent salary based on experience - $80K - $125K
BENEFITS:
