Bilingual Spanish EHS Coordinator - Direct Hire - 1st Shift + 100% Onsite

THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a leading manufacturing client to find a Bilingual EHS Coordinator to support their Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team in Clara City, with regular travel to Hutchinson.
In this key role, you'll support EHS compliance efforts through documentation, training coordination, audit preparation, and safety communications. If you're bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a company that promotes from within-we want to hear from you!

Essential Job Duties:
• Maintain accurate records for training, audits, inspections, and incidents
• Support EHS document management, including Safety Data Sheets
• Schedule training sessions and track completion
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA)
• Distribute safety communications and maintain PPE inventory
• Track and update safety metrics and reports
• Serve as a point of contact for general EHS inquiries
Minimum Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable managing data
• Able to travel up to 30% of the time to the Hutchinson, MN facility
Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
• 100% onsite in Clara City & Hutchinson, MN (production, distribution, and office settings)
• The typical schedule is Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm, with some weekends as needed to support 24/7 facility operations
• Direct-hire, permanent opportunity with comprehensive and competitive benefits package included
• Hourly pay is $18 to $20/hr.
