THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a twin-cities based non-profit company to hire 2-3 reception float candidates to be on-call support for front desk coverage at their corporate office! This role is community facing, and candidates who have a passion for working with diverse communities are encouraged to apply.
Coverage needs will include pre-planned 4-hour or 8-hour shifts as well as last minute/day-of call out coverage. Selected Floats will complete 8 hours of paid training and must have general availability to work at least 3 days of the week - Monday - Friday, business hours without scheduling conflicts.

Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED Required! • 1+ year of office support experience; reception experience preferred. • Bilingual skills are a plus: Somali or Spanish are Ideal!
Job Details: • $20/hour • South Minneapolis • Street Parking or BL Accessible • Coverage Hours will be between 8 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
