Do you have previous Front Desk or Reception experience? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking an Office Services Receptionist for a role located in Medina, MN. In this role, the receptionist will be the front face of the company, answering phone calls, greeting guests, and making badges for employees.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRE • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year of customer service experience/ reception experience • Prior In-person CS experience is preferred • Prior phone experience preferred • Intermediate Computer skills - Outlook, Word, Basic Excel • Must have strong communication skills
HOURS AND PAY FOR THE RECEPTIONIST • Contract to Hire • Medina, MN • $18.50/hr. • Monday through Friday- 8 AM to 5 PM • THE RIGHT STAFF offers referral bonuses, Health Insurance, and Holiday Pay.
