We are seeking a Contract to Hire, Office Service Representative Legal to contribute to their ongoing success. This role will be providing general clerical support, with printing, copying, scanning, mail, backup reception, and hospitality. Ideal candidates will have intermediate computer skills and a bright customer service personality
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Daily processing and sortation of mail • Primary duties - sorting and opening/scanning all First-Class Mail • Daily mail run • Mail sweeps throughout the day • Metering all outgoing mail daily • Ensuring all outbound USPS, FedEx, and UPS items are ready by end of the day
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year of customer service experience • Prior experience in a legal environment -preferably within a mailroom or copy center • Prior In-person CS experience is preferred • Intermediate Computer skills - Outlook, Word, Basic Excel • Must have strong communication skills
HOURS AND PAY FOR THE OFFICE SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE 1 LEGAL: • CONTRACT TO HIRE • Downtown Minneapolis, MN • $18.50/hr. • Monday through Friday • 9 AM -6 PM
