SEEKING ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE - DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking qualified candidates for an Office Manager opening with our client that is an insurance provider located in Roseville, MN. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of related administrative experience w/ strong computer proficiency.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Prepares internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
• Assists with employee onboarding - IT setup, employee orientation, benefits enrollment, etc.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Extremely tech savvy; ability to work in multiple systems and web portals
• 2+ years of experience in similar role
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits:
• Office located in Roseville, MN - 100% onsite.
• Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Pay depends on experience - $50k+/year.
