THE RIGHT STAFF is looking for an experienced office administrator for our client, a family-run consumer services organization. This role will provide empathetic customer service, dispatch technicians to clients, and manage invoices.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of volume phone experience, and 2 years of office support experience - with a proven technical aptitude for working with PCs, Multiple Databases, and Documentation. This is a Full-time/Direct-Hire opportunity at their office located in Brooklyn Park, MN

Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers via Phone, answering questions and concerns, and be able to provide solutions to their concerns.
• Effectively schedule and dispatch technicians to customer/client locations promptly
• Provide administrative support to the team on daily tasks and projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years of phone-based Customer Service in Experience Required
• Prior experience with Phone and Admin Support Required.
• Solid longevity in previous positions or at least 1+ year in a role within the past 2-3 years Preferred
• Must have a high attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have experience providing customer service/customer support over the phone or in person using active listening, an empathetic approach, and de-escalating callers.
• Must be comfortable and have the patience to support customers over the phone, answering questions and providing solutions to their concerns (must be kind and understanding and excel in active listening and communication)
• Open to being trained and learning new systems and processes.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite and be a reliable employee.
Job Details:
• Direct Hire (DOQ)
• $21-25/hr
• Start ASAP! Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
