THE RIGHT STAFF is working with a local Property Management Company that has an immediate need for a Part-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to work 100% Onsite at their office in St. Louis Park, MN.

Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of Administrative Assistant/Office Manager experience preferred in a small company setting. • Must have experience writing checks • Office support experience/Administrative Experience required. • Basic experience using Quicken (2010), QuickBooks, and MS Suite preferred. • Must have experience efficiently organizing or managing high-volume physical paper documents/ files. • Must have a high attention to detail and must be highly organized. • Must be willing to work 100% onsite and be a reliable employee.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer Phones and take note of important messages to forward to the owner of the company. • Process invoices, write checks via Quicken and QuickBooks, and print checks for the owner to sign and mail them in time to vendors for payment. Quicken is the main software used to write most of the checks. • Sort mail and distribute it to the team and be able to communicate with the owner if there is any significant mail to prioritize. • Efficiently file all documents and statements received. Must be familiar with hard document filing processes. • Be a key support to the team working on various administrative tasks as needed. Job Details:
• Long-term Contract (6-months+) • Part-time; must be able to work 30-40 hours per week (depending on business needs) • Pay rate is $20/hr • Start ASAP! • 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday • THE RIGHT STAFF offers Health Insurance, Earned Sick and Safe Time, Holiday Pay, and Referral Bonuses!
