THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Maintenance Tech II or III for one of our clients in Minneapolis. In this role, Maintenance Tech II or III would support a large, subsidized housing building. The Maintenance Tech II or III would be performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit preparation.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
Valid Driver's License - good driving record and reliable transportation
Good communication skills and comfortable working with diverse populations
2 years plus of prior residential building maintenance experience
Proven technical competency and ability to work independently
Required for Level 3 Consideration:
Boiler License or Geothermal Experience
Ability to direct maintenance staff in the absence of the Regional Manager, as needed
Job Details:
Direct Hire
Monday - Friday, with on-call rotation on weeknight evenings and weekends
Pay: $27-30/hour
Minneapolis/St. Paul area - Multiple Openings at new Property Sites
