THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a company who offers custom development and manufacturing solutions in the medical sector. The position requires the Machine Operators to do minor set up, runs and following work instructions. There must be a working understanding of the operation and the safety requirements for numerous machines within the Value Stream. The ideal candidate is expected to have a full knowledge of product quality, process and procedures.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Perform a variety of quality inspections per the Quality Department procedures and Engineering work instructions while also documenting all results properly. • Positively contribute to company's quality and production goals. • Read and understand basic prints. • With provided training, develop the skills needed to do basic set up and machine operations on various equipment within the medical sector.
Training/Education/Experience • High School education or equivalent. • Previous manufacturing experience preferred; medical manufacturing experience a plus • With training, able to understand basic print drawings. • Up to 2 years of machine operating experience. • Proficient PC skills.
Competencies/Talents/Personal Attributes: • 2nd Shift 3pm-1:30am Monday - Thursday • $21+/hour DOE • Proficient communication skills - both written and verbal. • Positive attitude and a team player • Good troubleshooting skills. • Can speak, understand, and write English.
