Hiring Now! Logistics Specialist
THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Logistics Specialist for one of our clients in Rogers, MN. The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating, processing, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including hazardous materials and international orders.
Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of international shipping experience and customs clearance
• Hazmat Certified
• IATA Certified
• Previous experience with shipping hazardous material and labeling
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation
• Previous Forklift experience, certification preferred
Responsibilities
• Prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international carriers.
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and carrier documentation.
• Assign and maintain accurate HTS codes for exported products.
• Receive incoming deliveries of material, components, and supplies from both domestic and international sources.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Report any discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.
• Enter received goods into ERP system and label materials as required.
• Request and provide delivery cost estimates.
Job Details:
• Direct Hire
• Monday - Friday; 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Onsite in Rogers, MN
• Pay $27-$31/hour, depending on qualifications
