Trademark Paralegal - $75k to $100k + Benefits - Onsite in Minneapolis, MN!

THE RIGHT STAFF is currently partnering with a well-respected and forward-thinking corporate law firm, in their search for an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support its thriving Intellectual Property practice.
Our client's firm is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence and offers an opportunity to work on a broad range of U.S. And international trademark matters while partnering closely with attorneys and clients.
Essential Job Duties:
• Support the full lifecycle of domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement.
• Prepare and file responses to Office Actions, Statements of Use, Declarations of Use, Renewals, and other key filings.
• Conduct trademark searches, monitor third-party usage, and assist in enforcement efforts.
• Prepare and file international trademark applications, including via the Madrid Protocol and through foreign counsel.
• Communicate directly with clients and foreign counsel throughout all stages of prosecution.
• Manage and maintain trademark dockets using Foundation IP; prepare reports and track deadlines across multiple portfolios
• Assist with ownership transfers, recordations, and billable time entry
• Address urgent matters and maintain compliance with global IP deadlines
Minimum Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal, including at least 1 year of direct trademark paralegal experience required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. And international trademark prosecution and enforcement processes is required.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in IP systems/resources such as TSDR, TESS, TEAS, ESTTA, TTABVUE, WIPO, and Madrid Monitor is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Foundation IP is highly preferred.
Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:
• Direct-hire opportunity with highly comprehensive and competitive benefits package included!
• Position is 80% onsite, offering 1-day remote flexibility 90-day probationary period is completed.
• US Citizenship and/or lawful permanent residency are required.
• Base pay ranges from $75k to $100k annually, depending on experience.
• Core business hours 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility on start/end times.
