THE RIGHT STAFF is proud to partner with a highly respected and forward-thinking Minneapolis-based corporate law firm in their search for a Litigation Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to a team of litigation attorneys. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and supporting the firm's high standards of service and professionalism.

Essential Job Duties:
• Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and provide general office support
• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Track attorney time, assist with monthly billing, and set up new clients and matters in the billing system
• Calculate and calendar court deadlines; file pleadings in state, federal, and appellate courts
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Communicate with court staff and stay current on court rules and procedures
• Assist attorneys with legal research and case-related support
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant within a professional law firm.
• Previous litigation support experience highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal billing and document management systems preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-paced, professional setting.
Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
• Direct-hire opportunity with highly comprehensive and competitive benefits package included
• Position is 80% onsite, offering 1-day remote flexibility 90-day probationary period is completed
• Pay ranges from $60, 000 to $90, 000 annually. Offer negotiated will depend greatly on experience-level
• Core business hours 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility on start/end times pre-arranged with your manager
