Are you an licensed Journeyman Electrician looking for a leadership role as a Foreman overseeing Electrical Construction Sites? Are you looking for a stable, growing, organization to join? THE RIGHT STAFF is working with a Minneapolis-based specialty construction company that is seeking a Journeyman Electrician Foreman to support projects in the Midwest. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of electrician experience, and 1-3 years of experience as a Foreman, a background with Solar Panels, or Telecom is preferred, but not required.
This role will travel up to 80% of the time through the 5-state Midwest area. Travel may include overnights and weekends on occasion. This candidate may be based in MN, IL, WI, IA, SD, or ND.
The Journeyman Electrician will be supporting projects for solar field installations, and electronic vehicle charging stations, and may assist with Telecomm areas.
Minimum Requirements:
• Journeyman Electrician License (Active); multiple states is a bonus!
• 1-3 years of expreince in Foreman role
• 3+ years of experience working as an Electrician
• Valid Driver's License; and clean driving record

Job Details:
• Direct Hire
• Must be able to travel up to 80%, including overnights and occasional weekend roles
• $48-$52/hr + Paid Overtime + Per Diem Benefits
