THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with our legacy client in their search for an Inventory Specialist to join their company's growing operations. This position will manage inventory administrative tasks at the production plant and warehouse operations in Clara City, MN.
Ideal candidates will bring 1+ years of relevant data entry or office experience with a minimum of a high school diploma. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Essential Job Duties: • Coordinate work order scheduling and oversee production recording. • Assist with production planning and inventory reconciliation. • Handle purchase orders and budget tracking. • Manage ERP system inventory and cost reconciliations for accuracy. • Manage administrative tasks and visitor coordination.
Minimum Requirements: • 1+ years general office and clerical experience required. • 1+ years of data entry experience required. • Project management and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in computer applications.
Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule: • Direct-hire permanent opportunity • Hourly pay is $20 to $22/hr. • Comprehensive benefits package included! • Dynamic and collaborative work environment • The working environment is 100% onsite within warehouse and office settings
