THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a locally owned and operated distributor in their search for a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to join their eco-friendly and growing organization.
This position will play a key role in refining inventory management and ensuring seamless product flow from manufacturers to customers. Your expertise will support our client's commitment to product quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties: • Manage demand forecasting and planning • Track, monitor, and manage inventory levels • Manage and maintain supplier and vendor relationships • Support data analysis and reporting by monitoring KPIs related to supply chain and inventory management • Implement process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain • Identify potential supply chain risks and devise strategies to mitigate them
Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field required • 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar capacity required • Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a HUGE plus
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits: • Position is 100% onsite at Eagan, MN headquarters • Monday to Friday with core business hours from 8 am to 5 pm • Pay is $80k to $110k annually • Direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits package included • Excellent culture and opportunity for growth
