A leading wholesale distributor of building materials is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for clients, providing expert product guidance, processing orders, and supporting sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and online platforms to provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Enter and manage orders accurately to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Coordinate with sales teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers to support order fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and track sales activity in the CRM system.
• Address order discrepancies, shipping delays, and product concerns efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building materials (e.G., lumber, sheet goods) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and goal-oriented approach.

• 7:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. - Monday - Friday
• Temp - to - Hire
• $24-$30/hr+ DOQ
