Do you have strong sales skills? Do you excel at cold calling and account management? Utilize your extensive sales skills and serve as an company expert for a national company as an Account Manager in the South Metro. We are seeking a sales orientated, customer service driven individuals to work closely with industry vendors to support incoming business inquiries through email, phone, and more!
Ideal candidates will have strong sales skills knowledge, strong communication skills, superb phone and active listening skills, have a strong sales ability, and prior E-commerce knowledge.

Job Details:
• Pay $17 -$19 per hour
• Located in Burnsville, MN
• Operations run: 7 A.M. 9 P.M. Monday Friday, and 10 A.M. 2 P.M. Saturday and Sunday. 40 Hour weeks with rotating weekends.

Job Description:
• Be able to successfully meet performance metrics including outbound calls and contact goals, signup objectives, inventory listing goals, sales and revenue figures, and more.
• Responsible for developing and onboarding an assigned territory of clients in support of the company network.
• Field incoming support inquiries from industry clients through call, email, messaging, and social media
• Proactively engage clients to help support their business
• Provide technical and procedural guidance on the set-up and maintenance of client accounts
• Follow an established plan for end-to-end support
• Place outbound communications to increase sales
• Support order management, fulfillment, returns, and inventory feeds
• Assist with order entry and other customer support
• Strive to continually improve client and customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback in team meetings to help identify customer needs, pain points, and process inefficiencies

Job Requirements:
• Must have 1 year of prior outbound related experience, preferable in a sales environment with account management responsibilities.
• Must have excellent sales and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
• Prior e-commerce experience is preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have strong active listening and conflict resolution skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, prior CRM or Call Center Software is a plus
