SEEKING IT TECHNICIAN - IT MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER - GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a locally based IT Managed Service Provider in their search for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join their rapidly growing organization! Ideal candidates will have an associate's degree in an IT-related field and at least two years of experience in Windows systems administration.
Essential Job Duties:
Support end-users through the service desk via phone, web portal, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Set up and install desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets with the appropriate operating systems, software, and security tools.
Use remote diagnostic tools and provide hands-on hardware fixes when necessary.
Perform day-to-day management of Active Directory/Entra ID and O365 tenant, including user accounts and shared mailboxes.
Implement software and hardware installations, upgrades, and system configurations.
Collaborate with IT team members and clients to provide seamless, educational interactions.
Document installation, configuration, and maintenance procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis, recommending solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Windows systems administration required.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies & Microsoft Tech Stack, including Entra ID, O365, Endpoint Manager/Intune, and Defender required.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft O365 application suite required.
An associate's degree in an IT-related field preferred.
Microsoft Azure/M365 Certifications preferred.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and troubleshooting technical issues.
Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
Position is 100% onsite in Minnetonka, MN.
Schedule is Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm.
Pay range is $22 to $27/hr., depends heavily on experience.
