THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Human Resources Specialist with 3+ years' experience to support a HR Team within a Law Firm in Downtown Minneapolis. As a member of the HR team, you will provide support and assistance by carrying out a wide range of HR tasks and functions.
Human Resources Specialist- Requirements:
• Minimum of Associate's Degree in Human Resources related field and/or 3+ year of experience in HR/HRIS administration
• Advanced knowledge of ADP human resources information/payroll system strongly desired.
• HRCI or SHRM certification a plus.
Legal Assistant - Pay and Benefits:
• Pay: $65k+ annually - With Flexibility Depending on Qualifications
• Location: Downtown, Minneapolis, MN
• Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
• Direct Hire - Full Benefits Package Included!
• Limited Hybrid Flexibility - 1-2 days a week remote after training
