Leading Provider of On-Call Emergency Medical Care - Direct-hire Opportunity - Hiring Now! THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with our client who is a leading provider of board-certified emergency medical professionals in an on-call/as needed environment. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their HR Team in Bloomington, MN.
Job Description for the Human Resources Generalist: The HR Generalist will recruit for all open positions and partners with Hiring Managers to hire the best candidates for open roles. Partners with various leaders throughout the company to ensure company standards and policies and HR best practices maximize employee ROI. Administers human resources policies and procedures.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Knowledge of employment laws and practices • Knowledge of Leave Management • Problem-solving, the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. • Interpersonal Skills, maintains employee confidence and maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits wiliness to try new things
Experience and Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience. • HR healthcare experience - Preferred • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. • Working knowledge and experience with ADP Workforce Now (modules and portal) is a plus. • Human Resources PHR or SHRM certification, is a plus
Schedule and Pay for the Human Resources Generalist: • Bloomington - Hybrid working schedule with a flexible schedule - Half Day Fridays! • Monday to Friday flexible hours between 6am-6pm • $29+/hr. DOE • Direct-hire opportunity!
