Human Resources Coordinator! Direct Hire! Onsite in Minneapolis, MN
Do you have a 4 year Degree in Human Resources or relevant field or equivalent human resources experience in a legal/law firm environment (preferred)? Do you have experience supporting daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, timecard review, and compliance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?
THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting our Downtown Minneapolis client with finding their next motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator.
Essential Job Duties:
• Maintain organizational charts, employee directory, and personnel files.
• Review and process weekly timecards; ensure payroll accuracy.
• Process new hire, termination, and employee status changes.
• Maintain HRIS data and assist with system processes.
• Ensure I-9 compliance and employment verification.
• Support benefits enrollment and open enrollment.
• Assist with HR reporting, auditing, and compliance.
• Support recruiting efforts and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Prepare new hire workflows, orientation schedules, and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct administrative orientations and set up HRIS accounts.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent
• 1-3+ years of previous HR, recruiting, and onboarding experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• HRIS experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent accuracy, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a legal office.
• Experience with iManage, InTapp, and Paycor.
Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:

• Competitive compensation ranging from $50, 000 - $61, 000 annually.

• Full-time, onsite/hybrid flexibile position in downtown Minneapolis, offering 4 days onsite + 1 day remote after 90 days of onboarding/training.
• Standard Monday - Friday schedule, with flexibility as needed to meet workload demands.
