TEMPORARY HR MANAGER NEED - MUST HAVE HR EXIT STRATEGY EXPERIENCE!
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will need to execute exit strategy and reductions in force at 13 plants across the United States as they consolidate smaller facilities into the brand new state-of-the-art MEGA Warehouse near Nashville, TN.
This role is not a typical HR Manager. We need someone with the unique ability to manage organizational change, strategically communicate the plans to close the facilities, and implement layoffs. During this transitionary period, we're looking for a strategic partner to drive positive change, enhance employee relations, and ensure compliance within our client's growing company.
Essential Job Duties: • Provide HR guidance on performance, relations, and organizational changes, specific to managing the closing of 13 facilities across the US. • Ensure adherence to employment laws and review policies for compliance, specific to the reduction in force mandate and any applicable laws. • Manage temporary recruiting and hiring processes if a stopgap is needed during the closures of the various facilities.
Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field required. • Prior experience with managing and executing exit strategy across multiple locations
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits: • Position will be stationed in Blaine, MN facility. • Hybrid work model for MN residents only. • Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm • Pay starts at $45/hr. • Long-term contract opportunity.
