THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a HR/Payroll Specialist for an established Manufacturing Company in Golden Valley. This role will be spending the first part of the week processing a multi-state payroll for ~250 employees and managing two payroll cycles to process payroll for 8 different corporate entities. Additionally, 2 days a week will be spent backing up the HR Generalist.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of prior payroll processing experience, and 1+ years of experience in HR support, ideally in benefits, worker's compensation, or onboarding support.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3+ years of experience in Payroll Processing required, ideally with multi-state experience on a payroll size of 200+ Employees
• Prior experience with Ascentis HRIS highly preferred, not required.

• Full-time, M-F, Normal Business hours
• Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week
• Golden Valley, MN
• Pay $60-$70K annually
