Human Resources Manager - 1099 Contract - Onsite in Boise, ID - $50/hr - 6-Month Assignment!
THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a rapidly growing global organization to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager for a 6-month, 1099 contract assignment in Boise, ID. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, light industrial or manufacturing environments.
As the HRM, you'll serve as a strategic business partner-supporting leadership with employee relations, change management, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers and team leads to resolve employee relations issues, support change management efforts, and drive performance improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; regularly review policies and practices.
• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts, including interviewing and hiring top talent.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Roll out HR initiatives and ensure consistency across business units.
• Provide clear interpretation and consistent enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Advise on org structure, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and HR technology.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a reliable point of contact for sensitive matters.
• Support additional HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings (preferred)
• Deep understanding of employment law and compliance best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
• Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099 role)
Position Details, Pay, & Schedule:
• 1099 contract opportunity up to 6 months - candidates must be comfortable operating as independent contractors
• Schedule is Monday to Friday - standard business hours (8 am to 5 pm) with some flexibility on start time (7am-9am) as needed
• Pay rate is up to $50/hour - DOE - (1099) no benefits included
• Position is 100% onsite in Boise, ID
