THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with our legacy client in their search for an HR Coordinator to join their company's growing HR team. This position will manage HR functions at the production plant and warehouse operations in Clara City & Hutchinson, MN.
Ideal candidates will bring 1+ years of relevant HR experience with a minimum of 2+ years of general office and clerical experience.
Essential Job Duties: • Manage recruitment and onboarding for hourly positions • Support employee relations and initiatives • Oversee paid time off and HRIS data accuracy • Facilitate meetings and training sessions • Ensure policy consistency and conduct exit interviews • Plan employee appreciation events
Minimum Requirements: • 2+ years general office and clerical experience required • 1+ years HR experience preferred • Highly organized with excellent communication skills • Proficiency in computer applications
Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule: • Direct-hire permanent opportunity • Hourly pay is $22 to $24/hr. • Comprehensive benefits package included! • Dynamic and collaborative work environment • Working environment is 100% onsite within warehouse and office settings.
