Are you a Firearms expert? Do you have a prior experience selling firearms in a retail environment? Utilize your extensive firearms knowledge and serve as an industry expert for a national firearm company as an Account Manager in South, Minneapolis. We are seeking a sales orientated, customer service driven individual to work closely with industry FFL dealers to support incoming business inquiries through email, phone, and more!

Ideal candidates will have extensive firearm s knowledge, strong communication skills, superb phone and active listening skills, have a strong sales ability.

Job Details:
• Pay $17 -$18 per hour
• Located in South Minneapolis, MN
• 1st and 2nd shift hours + Rotating Weekends
• Contract to Hire

Job Description:
• Be able to successfully meet performance metrics including: outbound dealer call and contact goals, dealer signup objectives, inventory listing goals, sales and revenue figures, and more.
• Responsible for developing and onboarding an assigned territory of FFL dealers in support of the company dealer network.
• Field incoming support inquiries from industry dealers through call, email, messaging, and social media
• Proactively engage licensed dealers to help support their business
• Provide technical and procedural guidance on the set-up and maintenance of dealer accounts
• Follow an established plan for end-to-end support
• Place outbound communications to increase sales
• Support order management, fulfillment, returns, and inventory feeds
• Assist with order entry and other customer support
• Strive to continually improve dealer and customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback in team meetings to help identify customer needs, pain points, and process inefficiencies

Job Requirements:
• Must have 1 year of prior Industry related experience, preferable in a Retail Sales environment with a FFL company selling guns and firearms.
• Must have a solid knowledge base regarding firearms, and firearm sales processes including categories, styles, calibers, gun types and their applicable use is preferred
• Must have excellent sales and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
• Prior e-commerce experience is preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have strong active listening and conflict resolution skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, prior CRM or Call Center Software is a plus
