THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking an experienced Expense Analyst to join our client s growing Accounting team in Bloomington. Successful candidates will have a can-do attitude and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Attention to detail and previous experience working with expenses will also be helpful.

Benefits for the Expense Analyst:
• $45K-$48k DOQ
• Shift: 1st Shift- 8:00 A.M. 5:00 P.M.
• Located in Bloomington
• Direct Hire

Responsibilities of the Expense Analyst:
• Review and audit a large volume of employee expense reports for compliance with company policies
• Ensure prompt response to expense inquiries
• Ensure that accurate approved expense report files are sent to payroll teams on a timely basis
• Assist in maintaining travel and expense policies and training tools
• Communicate regularly with employees, ensuring they are aware and appropriately trained on policies and procedures
• Assist with monthly reporting and analysis of expenses and policy compliance

Qualifications of the Expense Analyst:
• Understanding of automated expense management systems such as Concur or other expense management system
• Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
• A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and meeting deadlines
• Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and with others, including communication with all levels of personnel within the organization
• 1-2 years of experience auditing expense reports required
• One-year of experience with Concur or other expense management tool preferred
• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or related field
